At the point when you order things into positive and negative, you are left with both at the same time as one can't exist without the other. Recollect that for each activity there is an equivalent and inverse response - this is a law expressed by Newton yet Newton didn't make it. Nature did. Since Nature makes progress toward lack of bias and that stimulus is driven by a basic condition of non-duality (which, oh, we can barely encounter in light of the fact that our reasoning is restricted, regardless of whether positive or negative).
So if everything is hidden impartial, and positive and negative are just an issue of insight, does that imply that we need to endeavor to kill positive and negative considerations through and through? Should we attempt and "dull" our discernment so we can encounter everything as it truly is, for example as a constant, indistinct, all-associated nothingness? Also, wouldn't that put us at a danger of turning into a vegetable of sorts, always failing to feel a lot of anything (low or high), existing in an even, deadpan state? Is that an objective deserving within recent memory and life?
Not to stress! We people can't approach this (except if we experience some genuine mind harm, which I certainly don't suggest). For reasons unknown, we think whatever we think (saw as "positive" or "negative") before we can consider the big picture, for example the contemplations are a lot quicker than us and out of our control. They travel every which way constantly, in spite of us.
So in this human body we will keep on enlisting considerations, and it isn't tied in with controlling the actual idea (you can't do that), it is about the weight you relegate to that idea as a spectator (that you could handle, in the event that you are sufficiently able). An idea comes, possibly it appears to be positive, or maybe it appears to be negative. A comparing feeling is created. Try not to give it any significance. Try not to pass judgment on it, and it will go as quick as it came (consistently does). Furthermore, a next state will precede (you know it and obviously totally out of your control). Do likewise with that next idea and the inclination it created. It drove you crazy? Try not to pass judgment on it! Essentially experience outrage which, obviously, will go as fast as it came (except if you give it significance). Or then again maybe the idea fulfilled you. Try not to adulate it! Essentially experience joy yet don't become excessively connected for everything good or bad must come to an end.
As should be obvious, it isn't about the thing you are pondering what decisions you have about your opinion. All in all, focus on the mentality with which you are noticing your contemplations and the passionate states they create. Try not to battle to figure positive for the more you do that, the greater antagonism you raise to adjust things. Think shrewd all things considered, tolerating and encountering life's obvious extravagance (glad, tragic, low or high) without viewing any of it too appropriately. All things considered, life is only a game. Play shrewd and you win.
